Our client is seeking a full-time, on-site/hybrid Senior Associate Property Lawyer to join their team in Tamworth. This is a senior postion within the firm and would suit a experienced lawyer looking for a step towards being a Director.
Requirements
You must be able to handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new build properties.
You will advise clients on legal issues related to property transactions.
Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Residential Conveyancer.
· Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
· Strong communication and organisational skills.
