About the Role
Our client is seeking a full-time Legal Director to join their team in Tamworth. The successful individual will oversee a Team within the legal department, be part of the senior leadership team, working with the board and will manage complex legal matters.
Requirements
Your will lead and manage a legal team, ensuring high standards of legal service and performance.
· Oversee and handle complex legal matters, including high-value property transactions.
· Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and other departments.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
· Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external legal partners.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 7 years’ PQE experience in a senior legal role
· Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
· Proven leadership and management skills.
· Extensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing practices.
· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attendence at networking events
